Are traditional phone systems passé? The FCC last year said VoIP usage was up 21 percent, with adoption growing beyond 30 million seats. For SMBs, VoIP solutions offer a number of advantages over PSTN, including better remote support, more features, a lower cost per seat and a system that can be easier for employees to learn.
