Carl Weinschenk over at ITBusinessEdge has an interesting take on some of the latest numbers coming from a survey of businesses looking to launch unified communications (UC). He thinks maybe we shouldn't get too excited about the results because UC is so broadly defined we might not really be getting a clear picture from surveys if the questions are vague.
