Verizon Business is now offering bundles of VoIP, Internet, data and customer premise equipment services for mid-market and smaller businesses. The bundles, which the company is calling "BizPaks," are aimed at single-location firms that want to deploy all basic business communications in one go.
Patrick Sullivan, director of marketing for the product, said small businesses increasingly want a single provider for all their communications and security needs.
"The companies we're offering BizPaks to aren't just looking for VoIP or data or security, but rather a bundle of all the ‘foundational elements' for their business communications," Sullivan said. "We offer a range of basic packages depending on the number of voice lines the company needs, which we can add additional capabilities such as managed services, security and remote backup if the customer wants them."
Sullivan boasted that the Verizon Business BizPaks offer an enterprise-grade solution for a small business price. He said the company's on-site system installation and training, coupled with the QoS Verizon's network can provide, make BizPaks stand out from competitors' offerings.
